In 1995 a fire completely destroyed the Club House and Stand, many Warrington AC athletes had to travel to other clubs in neighbouring towns to train. Finally, after a long awaited rebuild the indoor athletics training facility and 8 lane track was ready for use on 12 July 1998 (pictured).

1992 The Cheshire cross country championships:- The club had 5 champions Minor girls - Wendy Bailey 1st and the team won the team title U11 boys - D. Green was second and the team finished second U11 girls - Sarah Whitney was 1st and M. Patrick was 3rd the team were 2nd Colts - Richard Gwilliam was 1st and so were the team Boys - were 1st in the team race Girls - Jennifer Heath was 2nd and the team were 2nd Youths - B. Holder was 2nd and the team were 1st Inter ladies - Sarah Murphy was 1st and V. Roberts was 2nd The team were1st Junior men - S. Kefford was 2nd Senior & vet men - Mark Kinch was 1st.

In the Cheshire track and field championships held at Crewe the club won 10 titles Under 13 girls Rachael Houghton was 1st in the long jump, 2nd in the 80m and 3rd in the 200m Wendy bailey was 1st in the 1500m.  Under 15 girls - Lisa Blacow was 2nd in the long jump, 100m and 200m and 3rd in the hurdles Kirsty Huetson was 2nd in the discus Paula Whitney was 3rd in the 800m and 1500m Christine Robinson was 2nd in the 1500m Nichola McDonald was 2nd in the high jump and 3rd in the long jump.  In the boys Phil Povey was 1st in the 100m and 3rd in the long jump Richard Singleton was 1st in the high jump and 2nd in the javelin Stephen Lamb was 2nd in the 400m and pole vault and 3rd in the 800m Stephen Illingworth was 3rd in the 1500m.  Inter girls Sarah Bate was 1st in the discus Virginia Roberts was 2nd in the 1500m Carolyn Jones was 3rd in the 800m and 1500m.  Youths Innes Harding was 1st in the 400m and the 800m Edward draper was 1st in the hammer and shot and 2nd in the discus Mark Smith was 2nd in the javelin Craig stow was 3rd in the 100m and 200m.  Junior men Stuart Kefford was 1st in the 800m and 2nd in the 1500m Jonathon Horlock was 2nd in the 100m Neil Fowler was 2nd in the 200m Paul Horrocks was 2nd in the steeple chase Julian Clare was 3rd in both the long jump and the pole vault.  Senior women Rachael Cain was 1st in the javelin Liz Austin was 2nd in the javelin Debbie Chaplin was 3rd in the high jump.  Senior men Paul Hamilton was 1st in the 800m John Rigg was 2nd in the 800m.

1994 Mark Kinch wins both the English and British fell running championships At the county championships Warrington had 3 champions U11 boys - 1st A. Kay, 2nd P. Bristow & 3rd S. Oliver, the team was 1st U11 girls - Alana Pridden was 2nd and the team were 1st U13 boys - G. Jones was 1st as were the team U13 girls - 2nd team U15 boys - 1st Richard Gwilliam and the team were 2nd U17 ladies - 3rd v. Robinson and the team were 1st Junior ladies - Sarah Murphy was 2nd Senior ladies - the team were 2nd Senior men - Mark Kinch was 2nd and the team took 1st place.

1995 Andy Green wins the English half marathon championships.

1995 Suzanne Rigg became the clubs 2nd Olympian at the Atlanta Olympics running in the marathon. Mark Kinch was voted Warrington sports personality for 1994. Mark Kinch becomes the first person to ever defend both the English and British fell running championships.

At the Cheshire cross country championships u13 girls - 3rd in the team race u13 boys - D. Green was 2nd and the team were 2nd.

1996 Suzanne Rigg wins the English half marathon championships.

1996 Carl McMullan fell at the last hurdle while leading the English schools 400m hurdles final but got up and finished 2nd and gained selection for the England schools int'l where he also finished 2nd. Katy Lestrange finished 3rd in English schools 80m hurdles (11.3 equal WAC record) and was named as the reserve for the England team for the schools int'l. Earlier in the year Katy won north of England 60m hurdles title in a new championship record (8.82sec) and won the North of England 80m hurdles title. Katy also finished the year ranked no 1 in the British rankings for u17 100m hurdles(14.89 sec new WAC club record) Mark Kinch is second in the English and British fell running championships.

1997 Mark Kinch becomes the British open fell running association champion 1998 Mark Kinch successfully defends the English and British fell running association title and also becomes the British trail running champion 1999 Jenni McCarthy won the English schools 200m title Jenni McCarthy won gold representing England in the home international championships. Warrington AC voted Warrington sports personality club of the year for 1998 Mark Kinch was voted Warrington sports personality of the year for 1998 for the 2nd time. Jenni McCarthy was voted Warrington young sports personality of the year for 1998. Emma Makin is voted Warrington under 13's sports personality of the year for 1998. Claire Warrington represented England at javelin in the Catholic schools international in Portugal.
