The second Burtonwood Road Race took place on Saturday 15th July organised by Burtonwood Bridge ARLFC. Warrington Athletic Club only had one runner in the main event over 5 miles. Neville Jones finished in 64th place in a time of 46 minutes 09 seconds. In the supporting 2 mile Fun Run their were two club members cousins Liam and Daniel Burthem.10 year old Liam finished in 3rd place behind two adults in a time of 11 minutes 46 seconds only missing out on second by 1 second. His cousin Daniel finished in 5th place in 12.minutes 38 seconds. |
