Six Warrington Athletic Club Athletes took part in the Wilmslow half Marathon on Sunday 19th March. Neil Crompton was first over the line in 14th place in a time of 73 minutes 32 seconds. Next to finish were husband and wife duo Ian and Georgina Nicholson with Ian being the gentleman and allowing Georgina to cross the line ahead in 1980th place one place ahead with their times being 1 hour 57 minutes 10 and 11 seconds respectively. Paula Roach was the next finisher in 2113rd place in 1 hour 58 minutes 57 seconds with the other husband and wife duo of Dave and Christine Jackson being the final club runners to finish. This time Dave was ahead finishing in 2375th place in 2 hours 3 minutes 1 second with Chris 25 seconds behind in 2398th place. | (No pictures of the event) |
